Right of withdrawal

Buyers (non-professional individuals) qualify for a withdrawal period of fourteen days as from the delivery of the order to return the product for an exchange or a repayment without penalty, except for return shipping charges which are borne by the buyer. The item must be brought back in perfect state, in its original closed packaging, without any signs of wear, accompanied by the original receipt and letter stating the reason for return. Mobile telephones are neither exchanged nor refunded unless they are defective.
