Operating principles of mobile phones and tablets repair
- Please complete and send the free quotation inquiry form so that we can diagnose the malfunction of your device.
- Afterwards, you will receive a detailed price offer for the repair of your mobile phone.
- If you are interested, all you need to do is print the document and send it with your phone. If you do not wish to send your phone by post, you can bring it to the store (open from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 4 pm and from 10 am to 2 pm on Saturday):

As soon as we receive your phone, you will get a ticket number which will let you track the evolution of the repair. - First of all, a technician checks that the malfunction corresponds to the information that you have provided and then starts to repair the device.
- When the repair has been finished, an email is sent with your bill.
- As soon as we have received your payment, your mobile phone is sent back to you with a free universal cover.
