Delivery informations

Packages are sent to the indicated address supplied on the order form and can only be sent to areas in the agreed geographical zone. The buyer shall always bear the risks of any eventual loss or damage as soon as the items have been shipped by Univertel. In case of damage during the delivery, a motivated letter must be written to the carrier within three days as from the delivery. Univertel is committed to ensure that you receive your item as soon as possible. However, delays which are linked to postal services and eventual momentary stock shortages may delay your delivery. In the event of a permanent stock shortage on an item, we will contact you as soon as possible by email and offer you a voucher which is worth the amount of your item or a reimbursement via bank transfer.
